A suggestion - not original, it's in the NAWCN module reader:
How about we spend 4 WBLDs looking at the Case Studies? We could divide into 4 groups and prepare one each? Any thoughts?
I'm sure Lorna would not have a problem .......

That would be helpful (though we don't have Lorna this time, don't we have a man?)
Also, myself and Jenny were discussing how it was really good that other groups do a short quiz on a selected topic, e.g. pharmacology, so perhaps that is something else we could do?

I think the a quiz is a good idea as it will help us prepare for the exam.
Doing something productive will be good use of our time. I thought the WBLD with JF were pointless, might just as well have stayed at home.
I think the person we have this time is called Julian (no idea of his last name). I seem to remember Lorna said he is a stickler about time keeping. xx

Quizzes are good. We could look at the various illnesses the case studies have, plus the medication implications, anything we like!
Julian is very impressive. I saw him in action with a very poorly patient in my first placement. He really knows his stuff. I think we should find him very useful ....... And yes, we were told he doesn't like people being late - I will have to set my alarm specially early! Agree about the previous WBLDS. Chocolate teapots come to mind. x

But let's hope we can make something of them from here - we're halfway through, so we can have just as many productive WBLD's as we did unproductive ones

Yay - like that thought. Not that I need to wish my life away.
I have been thinking we are closer to the End (of the course, not Life) than the beginning. That's true for me on both counts!
It is Julian Hunt, I think .......
